as for now, this project is just a massive scratch.

what have done

nearly nothing

designs

  • a vary vary basic model is created using FreeCAD, without an end effector

hardwares

  • decided to use raspberry pi 4B with PCA9685

  • PWM Servo puchased (and arrived)

softwares

  • decided to use python for control part, and QT for the GUI.

  • current deploy target is ubuntu 24.04, with ros2 jazzy

the next steps

  • set up the gazebo/godot simulation env

  • design the end effector

    • set up the FEM workflow

  • draw the robot in URDF format

  • test various software envs
